Built on Experience. Driven by Purpose.

Wilson Housing Alliance was founded by two brothers who understand recovery and service from deeply personal experience.

Seth Wilson

Director of Finance & Resident Services • Retired Firefighter

Fifteen years serving as a firefighter, responding to crises and witnessing addiction's impact firsthand. Seth now brings that same commitment to helping men rebuild their lives through structured recovery housing.

Matt Wilson

Director of Operations & Programs • Entrepreneur • 11 Years in Recovery

Matt knows the recovery journey from the inside. From active addiction to sustained sobriety, technology degrees in computer networking and cybersecurity, and a career as a carpenter and entrepreneur, he understands exactly what men in early recovery need to succeed.

"We've both stood at rock bottom and fought our way back. We know what rebuilding requires: structure, opportunity, accountability, and people who believe in your capacity to change. This is personal. This is our life's work."
